nasm requires a slash for include directories. At least its man says so.
On some platforms it worked, on some didn't. Maybe old versions of nasm
are more strict. Now it should work everywhere.

- Moving the KOS API wrapper to avoid compilation errors.
Udis86, uARM and 8086tiny:
- Fix after removing redundant "kos_LoadConsole.h".
