This patch makes bd_querymedia return valid Capacity and SectorSize
values. Bios disks detection code saves the values to extended
BiosDiskData structure, bd_querymedia copies them to DISKMEDIAINFO.

This is example/experimental build:
- It uses INCLUDE environment variable to locate includes;
- It specifies language as -dlang=xx fasm option, no lang.inc file.

We already have macros.inc, there is no reason to have another file
